FloraTrans.cc is a service of ProSynServ, Inc., a Wyoming corporation. We operate an online floral arrangement service built around the tradition of floriography — the language of flowers. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you visit FloraTrans.cc, place an order, or otherwise interact with our services.
By using FloraTrans.cc you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree with its terms, please discontinue use of our services.

Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of our services, and information from third-party service providers. Specifically, we may collect:
- Identity and contact information — your name, email address, phone number, and billing address.
- Order and recipient information — the name, address, and contact information of the person receiving your arrangement.
- Payment information — credit and debit card data processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Communications — messages, special instructions, and correspondence you submit to us.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and referring URLs, collected automatically through standard server logs.
- Registry information — if you purchase a Registry of Sentiment upgrade, your registry number and the floriographic record of your arrangement are maintained in our records.

How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to process, fulfill, and communicate about your orders; send order confirmations, delivery notifications, and Registry of Sentiment materials; process payments and prevent fraud; respond to inquiries and provide customer support; improve our website and services; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your personal information for automated profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not engage in targeted behavioral advertising.

How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Florist fulfillment partners — recipient name, address, and delivery instructions are shared with the local florist fulfilling your order.
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data.
- Twilio, Inc. — SMS notifications to our operations team and transactional email delivery via SendGrid.
- Legal compliance — we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
- Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.
We never sell your data. FloraTrans does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. This commitment applies to all customers regardless of location.
Section 05
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Order records are generally retained for seven years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time subject to the limitations described in Section 9.
A note on the Registry of Sentiment and physical artifacts. The Registry of Sentiment is a physical artifact — printed on 600gsm cotton rag paper, sealed, and delivered by Priority Mail. Once delivered, it exists permanently in the recipient's possession and cannot be recalled or destroyed by FloraTrans. If you exercise your Right to Delete, your associated digital record will be anonymized — your Registry Number will be retained for accounting purposes but disassociated from your personal identity. The physical artifact, however, remains. This is by design: the Meaning Card is a permanent expression of a moment that cannot be un-sent. We believe this distinction — between the digital record and the physical artifact — is worth stating clearly.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies
FloraTrans.cc uses session cookies and local storage to maintain shopping cart state and improve your browsing experience. We use standard server-side analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use third-party behavioral advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies. You may configure your browser to reject cookies, which may affect the shopping cart and checkout process.
Section 07
Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. All payment data is transmitted via TLS encryption and processed through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Section 08
Children's Privacy
FloraTrans.cc is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

Regardless of your location, FloraTrans honors the following privacy rights for all customers:

You may request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal data we hold about you.
Right to Access
You may request a copy of the personal information we have collected about you.
Right to Delete
You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal retention requirements.
Right to Correct
You may request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
Right to Opt Out
You may opt out of the sale of your personal data at any time. We do not sell personal data, but you may formally assert this right.
Right to Portability
You may request a portable copy of your personal data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

California Residents — CCPA/CPRA
If you are a California resident, in addition to the universal rights described in Section 9, you have the right to: know the specific categories of personal information collected, sold, or disclosed in the past 12 months; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not be subject to automated decision-making that produces legal or significant effects without meaningful human review.
FloraTrans does not sell or share personal information as defined under CCPA/CPRA. California residents may submit requests to [email protected]. Authorized agents may submit requests on behalf of California consumers with written permission. We will not discriminate against consumers who exercise their CCPA/CPRA rights.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of FloraTrans.cc after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
